Salsa al cioccolato

INGREDIENTI :

gr 500  acqua
gr 150 cacao amaro
gr 300 zucchero
gr 100 copertura fondente

PREPARAZIONE :

Bollire acqua cacao e zucchero, togliere  dal fuoco, ed unire la copertura.
Passare al colino fine e lasciar raffreddare.
