Plum cake con canditi

kg 2 burro
kg 2 zucchero
n 30 uova intere
n 10 tuorli
kg 1,60 uvetta
g 600 canditi
q.b  vaniglia, limone
g 15 lievito chimico


Montare il burro con lo zucchero, unire le uova senza montare.
Unire la farina e i canditi a mano, gli aromi ed il lievito,
Versare in stampi imburrati e infarinati, oppure ricoperti con cartaforno, cuocere per
40 min. a 180°c.
